Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Utah’s Saint George area is seeking a Selling Manager to lead in-person sales efforts with prospective and current owners, establish rapport, and articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Travel + Leisure.

You will drive sales through closing techniques, mentor new hires, and participate in ongoing advanced sales training, contributing to a high-energy environment where excellence and guest experiences shape our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Wyndham Sales Experience required.
• Proven track record of maintaining production standards.
• Overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
• Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious.
• No travel required outside of the home site’s area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners.
• Conducts in-person sales presentations.
• Articulate the benefit of traveling with Wyndham Travel + Leisure.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
• Assist with recruiting, training and managing of all sales new hires.
• Assist with and attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
