30A Luxury Vacations is seeking a Vacation Rental Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, answer inquiries, make reservations, and assist with any questions during a stay. You will coordinate across maintenance, housekeeping and property management to ensure seamless experiences and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates stay organized, multitask well, and communicate clearly. A high school diploma is required; familiarity with VRBO, Escapia, Breezeway and BeHome247 is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of reservation sales experience; training provided.
• Familiarity with VRBO, Escapia, Breezeway, and BeHome247 highly desirable.
• Effective written and verbal communication; knowledge of the local area beneficial.
• Self-starter with initiative and warm, friendly attitude.
• Reliable transportation; punctual and trustworthy.
• Computer proficiency including Outlook, Word, and Excel; MacBook experience preferred.
• Ability to work under stress, prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Answer guest calls, emails, and texts promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with property management, housekeeping, and maintenance to address guest concerns.
• Follow up on guest concerns and provide internal feedback to improve performance.
• Coordinate the return of Lost and Found items.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful attitude with guests, owners, and co-workers.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
