Job summary

Paradise Retreats is seeking a Property Manager in Santa Barbara/Montecito to ensure property functionality, respond to guest and owner inquiries, and coordinate maintenance. You will build strong owner relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance guest experiences.

The role covers caretaking, vendor management, and on-call responsiveness, with emphasis on accuracy of owner charges and proactive service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains high standards for performance and functionality of assigned residences.
• Tracks, analyzes, and creates action plans for guest service improvement from feedback.
• Performs maintenance and caretaking services per SLAs and instructions.
• Manages approved vendors for maintenance projects.
• Coordinates with 3rd party caretakers for service excellence.
• Addresses property-related inquiries and complaints.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies per on-call schedule.
• Conducts weekly maintenance inspections and reports to management.
• Supports seasonal property audits and revenue opportunities.
• Reviews owner statements and bills for accuracy.
