Paradise Retreats is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operation and performance of assigned vacation residences in Santa Barbara and Montecito. You will respond to guest and owner inquiries, coordinate maintenance, and foster strong owner relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high emotional intelligence.
• Experience with home infrastructure and mechanics (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain performance and functionality of residences and respond to guest/owner inquiries.
• Track guest feedback and implement service improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and third-party caretakers.
• Identify and address property-related inquiries and issues.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies per on-call schedule.
• Prepare owner statements and review charges for accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding of new properties and seasonal audits.
