Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to conduct face-to-face presentations at our Las Vegas WorldMark sales center. You will engage prospects, highlight vacation ownership benefits, and move them through the purchase process with proven closing techniques.

Prequalified leads are provided, and ongoing training is available. Must be energetic, outgoing, and able to work weekends and holidays as we build lasting relationships with our customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Must have Nevada real estate and/or timeshare license (TSA) or ability to obtain one.
• Initial paid training available covering our sales process and product knowledge.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform in a short, luxury sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations at WorldMark Las Vegas Boulevard sales center.
• Generate sales through initial transactions and effective closing techniques.
• Present benefits of traveling with WorldMark to prospective owners.
• Attend ongoing training and meet weekly/monthly/yearly performance goals.
