PS is redefining private airport terminal experiences, offering privacy, security, and white-glove service for luxury travelers. The Operations Associate VIP Guest Services role places you at the heart of curated guest journeys, including escorting and driving on the airfield and collaborating with airline partners at terminal gates.

You will manage itineraries, ground transportation, and bespoke preferences, ensuring every expectation is exquisitely exceeded while supporting a 8-week training

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check including drug screening and TSA/CBP clearance.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tailor and execute seamless luxury experiences for PS guests.
• Greets guests with a white-glove welcome at gates or arrivals.
• Engage airline partners with professionalism to strengthen relationships.
• Handle luggage for PS customers; lift/push up to 100 lbs.
• Escort guests through security/immigration and drive to gates.
• Operate luxury vehicles on the airfield safely.
• Complete an 8-week training program on reservation mastery.
• Provide attentive, gracious service reflecting luxury standards.
• Adapt to evolving needs and perform additional duties as required.
