Job summary

PS is expanding its luxury private terminal experiences and seeks a Member Associate VIP Guest Services professional. You will manage travel itineraries, arrange ground transportation, and curate bespoke experiences for high-profile guests from arrival to departure.

Role requires open availability due to airport operations, with 8-hour shifts and schedule adjustments based on reservations. The position offers a fast-paced, high-end environment and opportunities for growth within PS.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check including drug screening and TSA/CBP clearance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality leadership preferred.
• Must be able to lift and push up to 100 lbs.
• Driver's License in good standing, active for a minimum of 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead PS guest experiences by understanding travel itineraries and anticipating needs, delivering immaculate service.
• Welcome guests with a personalized greeting and set a tone of white-glove service from arrival.
• Escort members to Private Suite or Salon and introduce exclusive features and amenities.
• Handle and process luggage in accordance with PS airline agreements; lift up to 70 lbs.
• Escort guests through on-site security and immigration with grace and efficiency.
• Complete a 6-week training program to master reservations and guest services.
