ACS Group is seeking an experienced Travel Manager to join our Travel & Lifestyle team. The role focuses on coordinating international travel and luxury experiences, working with premium providers worldwide to deliver seamless itineraries.

You will manage complex international arrangements, source exclusive experiences, and negotiate with hotels and airlines while maintaining top-tier service standards. This role supports a fast-paced global environment with remote flexibility and travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in travel management, luxury travel, corporate travel, or a similar position.
• Hands-on experience with private aviation, VIP airport services, and travel bookings through agents or GDS platforms.
• Willingness to travel internationally and accompany clients when required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• High standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate international business and leisure travel across multiple destinations.
• Arrange hotel accommodations, commercial flights, private jet charters, transfers, and exclusive activities.
• Research destinations, identify exceptional experiences, and prepare tailored travel proposals.
• Source and negotiate competitive rates with hotels, airlines, travel agencies, and other service providers.
• Monitor all bookings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and seamless execution.
• Prepare travel itineraries, destination guides, and weekly event recommendations.
