Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Dispatch Agent for Luxury Transportation Services to schedule chauffeured rides for guests across the resort and nearby attractions. The role focuses on safe, timely transport and clear communication with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nevada Driver's License and any required certifications.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers to ensure timely transportation of guests, luggage, and packages.
• Maintain communication with drivers throughout their shift, providing updates and information.
• Coordinate with Resort Services, VIP, Paiza, Butlers, Group Services, and Executive Administration departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop understanding of resort transportation routes and parking areas.
• Maintain records of dispatch activities and vehicle maintenance.
• Handle guest questions, complaints, and concerns related to transportation services and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with management to implement transportation policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
