Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a disciplined Dispatcher for our Transportation department to coordinate limousine reservations, shuttle moves, and dispatch operations. You will work with drivers via two-way radio and multi-line phones, ensuring accurate status updates and timely responses to guest requests.

Responsibilities include maintaining their daily limo board, coordinating with casino hosts, and training new dispatchers on CMS/LMS and phone systems.

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent work experience preferred with 2 years of demonstrated excellent guest service experience.
• Ability to multi-task is necessary.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills and programs including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet required.
• Knowledge and use of two-radio, multi-line phone, and cell phone required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms.
• Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• Must have an even tempered demeanor.
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to Harrah’s standards.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced stressful environment while troubleshooting complex problems.
• Must have the ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

Responsibilities

• Coordinate limousine reservations, errands and dispatches for the Transportation department.
• Communicate via two-way radio or cellular with drivers to ensure status and location.
• Use a multi-line phone system to assist drivers and guests across departments.
• Track airline flights, review reservations, and map driving routes.
• Build and maintain the daily limo board.
• Arrange extra limousines for events and long distances as needed.
• Control driver overtime and outsourcing to a minimum.
• Train new dispatchers on radios, CMS, LMS, and phone systems.
• Prioritize guest reservations and dispatches.
• Coordinate guest requests with casino hosts and VIP personnel.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues promptly.
• Inspect the limo fleet daily and maintain reports.
