Job summary

Harbour Outdoor, Inc. seeks an External Trade Sales Representative to grow our luxury trade business within an assigned US territory.

This in-house, field-based role is dedicated exclusively to Harbour and focuses on developing new business, building relationships with interior designers, architects, and other luxury trade professionals, and driving territory growth. You will travel frequently, attend High Point Market each spring and fall, manage a robust CRM pipeline, and present Harbour

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside, territory, trade, or business-development sales experience.
• Experience in luxury furnishings, interiors, architectural products, or design-driven industry preferred.
• Existing relationships within the A&D and luxury trade community valued.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
• Polished, professional presence with appreciation for luxury design and service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, landscape architects, and other luxury trade professionals.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, presentations, and regular field activity.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and lunch-and-learns.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and track opportunities and client activity in CRM.
• Build strong knowledge of Harbour collections, materials, finishes, and capabilities.
• Participate in weekly sales calls and team meetings to review pipeline, activity, opportunities, and priorities.
• Attendance at High Point Market each spring and fall is an essential part of the role.
• Frequent travel throughout the year is expected, with an emphasis on consistent in-person engagement and relationship-building within the design community and key accounts.
