Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside, territory, trade, or business-development sales experience.
• Experience in luxury furnishings, interiors, architectural or related design-driven industries; A&D/trade relationships valued.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, and follow-through skills; travel regularly.
• Polished, professional presence with an appreciation for luxury design and service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with interior designers, architects, and luxury trade professionals.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, presentations, and field activity.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and lunch-and-learns.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and track opportunities and client activity in CRM.
• Build strong knowledge of Harbour collections, materials, finishes, and capabilities.
• Participate in weekly sales calls and team meetings to review pipeline and priorities.
• Attend High Point Market each spring and fall as part of the role.
• Frequent travel throughout the year to engage designers and key accounts.
