Qualifications

• 2+ years outside, territory, trade, or business-development sales experience.
• Experience in luxury furnishings, interiors, architectural or design-driven industries preferred.
• Existing relationships within A&D and luxury trade community valued.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Polished, professional presence with an appreciation for luxury design and service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, landscape architects, and other luxury trade professionals.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, presentations, and regular field activity.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and lunch-and-learns.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and track opportunities and client activity in CRM.
• Build knowledge of Harbour collections, materials, finishes, and capabilities.
• Participate in weekly sales calls and team meetings to review pipeline, activity, opportunities, and priorities.
• Attend High Point Market each spring and fall as part of the role.
• Travel frequently throughout the year with in-person engagement and relationship-building.
