Ermenegildo Zegna Group in Beverly Hills is seeking a Style Advisor to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and drive client engagement. You will work closely with the store team and General Manager to ensure exceptional service and brand integrity.

You will leverage CRM tools, product knowledge, and M2M offerings to tailor total looks and memorable client journeys. This role emphasizes relationship building and operational excellence in a premier luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or client-focused sales environments.
• Proficient in digital tools and CRM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a memorable in-store customer experience following the ZEGNA Selling Flow.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients through networking, CRM follow-ups, and personalized selling.
• Develop and drive business by identifying opportunities to increase sales and engagement.
• Promote ZEGNA Made to Measure services as part of the selling ceremony.
• Maintain high standards in clienteling, CRM data collection, and after-sales service.
• Communicate customer insights and store updates within the team to support business goals.
