Job summary

Zegna East Hampton boutique seeks a Style Advisor to deliver personalized luxury shopping experiences, collaborating with the General Manager and store team to strengthen client relationships and drive sales while upholding the brand’s heritage.

You will build meaningful client connections, promote Made to Measure, and leverage CRM tools to enhance the customer journey within a high-end retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or client-focused sales environments.
• Proficient in digital tools and CRM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build authentic client connections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable in-store customer experiences following the ZEGNA Selling Flow.
• Actively build relationships with new and existing clients through networking and CRM follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Engage customers with consultations to tailor total looks to individual style and occasions.
• Promote Made to Measure services as part of the selling ceremony, offering tailored solutions.
• Leverage digital tools to create an integrated luxury experience.
• Maintain high standards in clienteling and after-sales service; support store KPIs.
