Berluti, a luxury menswear house, seeks a Store Supervisor for the South Coast Store in Costa Mesa to lead daily operations and champion the brand.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will empower the team to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and uphold Berluti's standards in product knowledge and CRM.

Berluti, the only men's Maison in the LVMH Group, was born in Paris in 1895 and has grown through four successive generations of the Berluti family, cultivating the art of excellence and craftsmanship in shoes, while developing a passion for leather and patina.

In 2005, the Maison launched its leather goods collection and, in 2011, a ready-to-wear collection.

Berluti is currently looking for a Store Supervisor (M/W) based in our South Coast Store.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Supervisor will support the store manager in the day-to-day management of the business ensuring an exceptional customer experience. They play a key role in the store, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve productivity and sales goals. They must embody the role of Ambassador of the Brand and must be reliable, disciplined, autonomous, and proactive. They must also possess good leadership skills, product knowledge, and CRM expertise.

PROFILE :

Passionate about Luxury and Retail.

Brand Ambassador

Solid knowledge of products, trends, and sales techniques.

Extensive experience in sales within the fashion and luxury goods sector.

Leadership skills with an ability to work as a team in a cross-functional manner.

Service oriented, initiative-taking abilities, commercial proposal strength while respecting the values of the Brand.

Excellent communication skills and high team spirit.

Talent for management, coaching, and team development.

Proficient in computer tools.

Evolving profile.

The appointed candidate will be offered an annual base salary in the range of USD $35,00 - $36,00 hourly plus the opportunity for a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
