Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in Retail or Fashion preferred.
• Five+ years of high-end retail, boutique, or sales experience.
• Understand inventory, sales experience, and merchandising.
• Proficient with POS systems including Cegid and returns processing; basic tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles all aspects of Sales and Customer Service.
• Mentors and develops the sales staff; improve processes.
• Manage orders, client books, and daily activity reporting.
• Ensure store presentation, inventory accuracy, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer greeting, service, and problem resolution.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and replenishment.
