Job summary

Longchamp USA is seeking a Sales Associate to uphold world-class customer service, drive sales, and manage POS operations across our boutique environment. You will assist customers, maintain knowledge of the product line, and ensure impeccable store presentation.

The role requires at least a high school diploma with 3+ years in high-end retail or similar sales settings, plus proficiency with inventory, merchandising, and standard MS Office tools. Flexibility for varied hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum high school diploma or GED; degree in Retail, Fashion or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in high-end retail, boutique or sales.
• Understand inventory, sales experience and merchandising.
• Proficient with POS systems, handling transactions and returns.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service per company standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and suggest add-ons to customers.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS and manage returns.
• Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment and floor set-ups.
• Build and maintain client books and follow company policies.
