SIMKHAI seeks a Store Manager for Bal Harbour to lead a luxury team and deliver transformational in-store experiences. You will collaborate with corporate HQ in LA, drive client development, and manage operations, inventory, and events to uphold brand standards.

You will coach top talent, optimize schedules, and analyze performance to meet targets, while representing the brand in local partnerships and seasonal collaborations.

Qualifications

• Deliver transformational service and drive KPI targets.
• Lead in-store talent development and coaching.
• Build and maintain partnerships with HQ and local partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead stylists and team to deliver luxury in-store experience.
• Drive appointment-based selling and cultivate repeat clients.
• Collaborate with HQ and cross-location teams for events and brand initiatives.
• Oversee store operations including POS, inventory, and daily reporting.
• Analyze KPIs and sales trends to inform strategic actions.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage.
