Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a polished Store Manager to lead a Bal Harbour luxury boutique, oversee customer experience, sales, and daily operations, and maintain brand standards.

You will coach a high-performing team, manage inventory and storefront presentation, support e-commerce fulfillment, and collaborate with US leadership and international head office.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury retail, weekend availability, and fluency in English; Turkish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of luxury retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record in driving sales and client service.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with inventory systems, POS tools, reporting, and e-commerce operations.
• Able to work independently and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Turkish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales goals and service standards.
• Create an elevated, personalized client experience for luxury customers.
• Develop relationships with clients, designers, hospitality partners, and local businesses.
• Drive clienteling, private appointments, and local outreach.
• Review sales performance and implement action plans to improve results.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling for store staff.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation to luxury standards.
• Coordinate online sales, fulfillment, and e-commerce order processing.
