Job summary

Swatch Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Longines boutique on 5th Avenue in New York. You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, and drive store sales while building client relationships and maintaining brand standards.

The role requires a high-energy leader with strong customer service skills, inventory control, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. A competitive hourly rate and bonus opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5+ years’ retail store experience; leadership experience with sales and merchandise a plus.
• Fluency in English and other languages as required by location.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily activities of operating boutique as per company standards inclusive of maximizing inventory, cash control and loss prevention techniques.
• Assist with the implementation of strategies to achieve sales through clienteling, customer service, events, and traffic-generating actions.
• Deliver sales results as per company goals.
• Delegate and assign tasks to the sales team.
• Assist in development of sales incentives and rewards within the store.
• Ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers.
• Lead and train employees to successful selling and customer service.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to ensure communication with Corporate Office.
