Canada Goose in Costa Mesa is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of our South Coast Plaza flagship. You will drive sales, guest experience, and team performance with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to Canadian Warmth.

You will mentor the store team, manage KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure visual standards, inventory control, and loss prevention are maintained at luxury-brand levels.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail or related industry.
• Experience with luxury lifestyle brands in flagship or high-volume locations.
• Experience maintaining operational excellence in retail (payroll, shrink, inventory).
• Store P&L, payroll and expense management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
