Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed performance objectives and sales targets, including KPIs like Sales Density and LFL.
• Continuously analyze KPIs and use insights to drive action plans.
• Lead a culture of clienteling and ensure Brand Ambassadors foster elevated engagement with top guests.
• Represent Canada Goose in the market by developing client base through partnerships and events.
