Job summary

Fourth Floor on Madison Avenue is seeking a Store Manager to lead our upper Manhattan flagship. This hands-on, sales-focused role drives store performance, develops a high-energy sales team, and builds lasting client relationships.

You will coach on selling, styling, and clienteling, recruit and train staff, and oversee daily operations to maintain exceptional brand presentation. The position requires luxury retail leadership and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Luxury or contemporary retail management experience required.
• Strong sales and clienteling experience.

• Strong business acumen and ability to drive results.
• Comfortable working on the sales floor in a fast-paced environment.
