Job summary

You will leverage product knowledge, build lasting client relationships, and support the Store Manager in daily operations, merchandising, and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrates an inspirational attitude contributing to a positive team environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager with management and coordination of the daily operations of the store.
• Open/close, check in merchandise, and prepare/deposit funds as needed.
• Supervises sales transactions to ensure quick and accurate processing with cash controls.
• Coach sales staff.
• Engage in promoting and selling products to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist Store Manager with operational excellence.
