Qualifications

• 4–6 years of retail management experience in a luxury or contemporary retailer.
• Proven ability to build local clientele and drive sales performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, stock audits, reporting, opening and closing procedures, cash management, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain store visual standards in alignment with LESET brand guidelines.
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
• Delivery of elevated customer service through styling and personalized client experiences.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue.
• Foster relationships with clients, stylists, and personal shoppers to build a loyal client base.
• Build and maintain a profitable consignment business.
• Recruit, train, and manage performance of the sales team.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
• Train staff on trends of each collection to enhance styling expertise.
• Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to support team development.
• Partner with corporate inventory, buying, and merchandising teams on product levels and assortment needs.
• Partner with HR to address employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner.
• Utilize company tools to properly process payroll and operational reporting.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the corporate office.
