Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to lead the team and business to success. You will inspire and coach a trained team, build sustainable client relationships, and ensure every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise on the sales floor.

Reporting to the Retail Director, you will drive client portfolios, manage store operations and budget, and recruit and develop motivated teams. A strong luxury retail background and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Superb sales leadership skills with respect to building client portfolios, driving repurchase rates and cross-selling.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a sophisticated, client-centric luxury retail environment.
