Job summary

Diptyque Paris is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York's Town of Bleecker to support the Store Manager and lead the floor with a customer-first mindset. You will analyze weekly metrics, drive selling strategies, coach frontline teams, handle schedules and store operations, and ensure Diptyque's luxury standard in every client interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to analyze selling reports and identify trends.
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and loyalty.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance metrics to plan in store.
• Analyze store metrics with Store Manager to drive sales.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly business analysis and reporting.
• Model exceptional customer care and lead top strategies.
• Develop and execute the Retail Action Plan with the Store Manager.
• Manage schedules, inventory, and store operations.
