Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Strategy: Support the Store Manager in forecasting, planning, and implementing category initiatives; monitor KPIs.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Create an inclusive, high-energy environment that meets Coach Service standards; resolve issues promptly.
• Lead & Develop Talent: Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; foster a collaborative culture.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: Support virtual shopping, clienteling, and customer data acquisition.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee policies, scheduling, payroll, loss prevention, and visual standards.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Share insights with district and corporate teams to drive cross-functional projects.
