Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of omni-channel services.

• Drive Sales & Strategy: support forecasting, planning, and category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.

• Lead & Develop Talent: recruit, onboard, and coach team members; build a strong talent pipeline.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: support virtual shopping, clienteling, and data capture.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: oversee scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and merchandising.
• Collaborate & Communicate: partner with leadership to interpret trends and inform district and corporate teams.
