Job summary

Wayfair's Perigold is opening flagship luxury home stores, and this role leads the Guest Experience in West Palm Beach. You’ll oversee Hosts, Visual Merchants, and Service teams, while partnering with Store Manager to drive luxury service standards and training.

You’ll recruit and coach talent, monitor guest experience metrics, and ensure alignment with marketing and stock plans. The position offers fast growth, quarterly bonuses, and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, including willingness to test innovative ideas.
• Client-centric mindset and strong business acumen.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store facility and guest service elements (visual merchandising, hosts, events, guest service agents).
• Maintain luxury experience and service excellence in the store environment.
• Attract, hire, coach, and retain top-performing talent.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to monitor Guest Experience metrics and translate to training and process improvements.
• Communicate performance updates and improvement needs to the team to deliver an exceptional luxury experience.
• Develop and execute training curricula with enablement lead and supplier partners to drive results.
• Coordinate with Corporate visual merchandising and marketing leads to align standards and address issues.
• Partner with Store Manager and leads to ensure alignment with stock planning and supply levels.
• Perform key holder and Manager On Duty duties.
