Job summary

Perigold is launching its first physical retail store in West Palm Beach, FL, and seeks a Customer Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service across in-person, phone, and email. You will help customers navigate the site, place orders, and understand product details.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries, while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service setting, preferably retail.
• Experience interacting directly with customers and resolving issues.
• Experience identifying and solving customer issues with collaboration across teams.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple inquiries.
• Ability to build customer relationships and resolve complaints.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email.
• Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with logistics and product teams to resolve issues.
• Manage order processing, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
• Relay customer feedback to leadership to support continuous improvement.
