Job summary

Wayfair's Perigold is opening its first luxury store in West Palm Beach. We are seeking a Sales Department Supervisor to lead a team of product specialists and partner with the in-store Design team, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager - Sales.

Passion for luxury and rapid growth is desired. You will drive an authentic guest experience, maintain high luxury standards, and collaborate on design implementation, training, and sales KPIs, while managing stock and store presentation to reflect

Qualifications

Experience motivating a team to achieve sales goals.
Understanding of luxury design.
Experience with appliance fitting and specifications.
Passion for great customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets.
Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain luxury guest experience standards and drive customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Design team and general contractors on design implementation.
Lead and develop the Sales team, coaching and retention.
Achieve individual and team sales and service KPIs.
Manage stock, merchandising and store presentation to plan.
Lead use of design tools, CRM, and client accounts for consistent guest experience.
Perform key holder and Manager On Duty duties.
