Hermès Paris in Honolulu seeks a Stock Specialist to organize stockrooms, process deliveries, and retrieve items for the sales team in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will work with the Operations team to support boutique targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include locating merchandise, moving product between floors, replenishing stock, and participating in inventory. A flexible schedule and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Support teamwork with a gracious and warm approach.
• Strong communication and scheduling flexibility.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient service by locating merchandise and retrieving sizes.
• Move product between floors as needed for clients and associates.
• Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and sales floors.
• Assist with stock organization, replenishment, and reticketing.
• Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and counts.
• Support shipping/receiving and daily new receipts processes.
• Respond to stock and size questions from the selling team.
