Job summary

CELINE in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Part Time Operations Associate to manage movement of pre-sale merchandise and enforce shipping/receiving policies while delivering exceptional service.

You will maintain inventory, assist sales staff, and ensure merchandise is ticketed and stored properly, with responsibility for transfers, deliveries, and inventories. This role requires at least 3 years in retail (luxury preferred) and strong organizational skills at 1450 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96814.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail setting, ideally luxury.
• Computer literate and able to learn and use various software packages.
• Proven ability to maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct movement of pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
• Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving, inter-store transfers and stock rotations.
• Ensure merchandise is properly ticketed and packaged for client delivery.
• Support store operations and assist other departments as needed.
• Participate in inventories and cycle counts.
• Assist with visual merchandising and space utilization.
