Job summary

Mexcor Inc is seeking a Luxury Market Development Manager to expand the Don Ramón Tequila premium portfolio across luxury restaurants, upscale bars, hotels and high-end on-premise accounts in four markets: San Diego, San Francisco / Napa, Miami and Manhattan.

You will liaise between the Brand team (MX based) and Mexcor International, opening new accounts, building relationships with decision-makers, and delivering premium brand experiences through education, events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Established network within luxury restaurants, hotels and upscale venues.
• Proven success in opening new high-end accounts and increasing distribution.
• Experience representing premium or luxury beverage brands.
• Exceptional relationship-building, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Passion for premium spirits and creating memorable consumer experiences.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales platforms.
• Hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and open new high-end on-premise accounts within markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, GMs, beverage directors and hospitality pros.
• Drive premium menu placements, back-bar visibility and brand activation opportunities.
• Plan and execute luxury events, tastings and curated brand experiences.
• Conduct engaging product education sessions and staff training.
• Collaborate with distributor sales teams to identify opportunities and growth.
• Manage portfolio of target accounts with regular visits and business development.
• Monitor market trends, competition and customer feedback to identify growth.
• Achieve monthly sales, distribution and activation objectives while preserving premium image.
