Qualifications

• Louisiana licenses required for massage therapy and esthetics.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Experience in luxury spa environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy, facial and esthetic services, body treatments, and wellness services in accordance with spa standards and licensing.
• Conduct guest consultations to assess wellness needs and appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and spa areas in a clean, sanitized, guest-ready condition.
• Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and confidentiality throughout all spa experiences.
• Educate guests on spa services, skincare regimens, and home care recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and records per company policies and regulations.
• Follow sanitation and safety standards and assist with spa setup and operations.
