Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin is seeking a polished Receptionist to deliver Forbes Five-Star guest experiences. You will coordinate spa reservations, greet guests, and guide them through wellness offerings with personalized recommendations.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in luxury hospitality, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Knowledge of spa products, and ability to manage bookings with Zenoti or Opera is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in luxury spa, hotel, resort, or guest services preferred.
• Forbes Five-Star or comparable luxury hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent guest service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a lasting first impression.
• Coordinate spa reservations and communicate with therapists and departments.
• Provide personalized recommendations and promote services and products.
• Manage inquiries via phone and email with accuracy and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences and service notes.
• Process payments, room charges, gratuities, and retail transactions accurately.
• Support opening/closing procedures and ensure reception area is welcoming.
