Job summary

Montage International is seeking an experienced Spa Massage Therapist to deliver premium massage and spa treatments with exceptional hospitality. The role emphasizes a customized guest experience, professional service, and alignment with the Spa's standards and hotel goals.

The position requires certification, 5+ years of spa experience, and proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue modalities, with additional techniques valued.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education.
• Valid Massage Therapy Certification from a recognized school.
• 5+ years' experience as a Massage Therapist in a stand-alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa.
• Exceptional skill in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage and at least two of: Acupressure, Ashiatsu, Ayurveda, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide Massage and Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintain recommended retail sales to service ratio with spa products and accessories.
• Attend pre/post shift meetings and participate in backbar expense management.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout treatments and maintain spa cleanliness.
• Assist in coordinating guest requests and promotions within the spa and hotel operations.
