Job summary

Montage Big Sky in Montana is seeking a full-time Spa Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional massage and spa treatments with professional hospitality to guests. The role requires a valid Massage Therapy Certification, 5+ years in a luxury spa, and proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean treatment spaces, upselling products, and assisting guests with requests while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education.
• Valid Massage Therapy Certification from a recognized school.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Massage Therapist in a stand-alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa.
• Exceptional skill in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, with knowledge of additional modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Massage and Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintain an agreed upon upsell percentage and retail sales targets.
• Attend pre/post shift meetings and assist in backbar expenses.
• Escort guests between rooms and assist with guest requests during the spa visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and spa areas.
