Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education.
• Valid Massage Therapy Certification from a recognized school.
• 5+ years' experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa or luxury hotel/resort spa.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent English communication (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Provide Massage and Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Maintain retail sales to service ratios with products and accessories.
• Attend pre/post shift meetings and assist with backbar expenses.
• Record-keeping tasks related to spa operations.
• Escort guests and ensure guest comfort and safety during treatments.
• Keep spa areas clean and fully stocked with supplies.
