Job summary

Montage International seeks a skilled Massage Therapist for our spa in Newport Beach. The role involves delivering high-level massage services and spa treatments with a focus on exceptional hospitality and guest comfort.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in a luxury spa or hotel setting, hold a valid massage certification, and can maintain cleanliness and professional standards throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Massage Therapy Certification from a recognized school of massage.
• Insurance coverage as required to maintain massage license/certification.
• Continuing Education as required to maintain massage license/certification.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Massage Therapist in a stand-alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa.

Responsibilities

• Provide Massage and Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintain an agreed upon retail sales to service ratio with the exceptional products, gifts and accessories provided.
• Attend pre/post shift meetings and participate in backbar and spa operations.
• Escort guests to treatment rooms and ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and sanitation; assist in deep-clean tasks and daily operations.
