Job summary

Montage International's Spa division is seeking a skilled Spa Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional massage and spa treatments with professionalism, a customized approach and hospitality excellence. You will contribute as a business partner supporting the spa's goals, vision and values.

The ideal candidate has a SC Massage Therapy license, at least 5 years of experience in a stand-alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education.
• Must communicate clearly in English (spoken, read, and written).
• Must have a valid SC Massage Therapy license.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Massage Therapist in a stand-alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa.
• Expert in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage and at least two additional modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Massage and Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintain an agreed upon upsell percentage.
• Attend pre/post shift meetings.
• Maintain backbar expenses and keep spa area immaculate.
• Escort guests to treatment rooms and ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Complete record-keeping for spa operations.
