Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education.
• Must have a valid SC license from the Board of Massage Therapy.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Massage Therapist in a stand-alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa.
• Exceptional skill in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage and at least two of the listed modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Massage and Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintain retail sales and upsell targets.
• Attend pre/post shift meetings and participate in spa operations.
• Escort guests to treatment rooms and attend to guest needs during visits.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
• Participate in promotions and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with spa team to ensure guest comfort and safety.
