• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Provide recommendations on treatments, spa experiences, memberships, and retail products.
• Maintain a calm, luxurious atmosphere in the front desk and retail areas.
• Manage all spa bookings, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy.
