• Strong knowledge of nail health and product ingredients.
• Professional grooming and guest-service approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform luxury-level manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Provide cuticle care, shaping, buffing, polish, gel services and advanced treatments.
• Customize services based on guest preferences and nail health.
• Offer warm, intuitive service and educate guests on nailcare products.
• Maintain sanitation and organize stocked treatment rooms and stations.
• Document guest preferences in spa software and support retail goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and brand education.
