• Promote retail and service upgrades to support guest wellness goals and spa revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and retail areas.
• Coordinate with therapists and spa leadership for seamless daily operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism.
• Maintain guest profiles and confidentiality.
