Job summary

L’Auberge Del Mar is a luxury resort in Del Mar, California seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team responsible for guest rooms and public spaces. You will uphold our standards, ensure a clean, hazard-free environment, and collaborate with management to create memorable stays for guests.

Two years of housekeeping experience are required; fluency in English is essential, Spanish is a plus; weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in housekeeping, preferably as a supervisor.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality housekeeping preferred.
• Experience serving guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weights.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to meet L’Auberge Del Mar standards.
• Oversee guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas for cleanliness.
• Collaborate with management to maintain safe, hazard-free environments.
