Job summary

L’Auberge Del Mar, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead rooms and public areas teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will uphold cleaning standards, mentor staff, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for guests in a luxury coastal resort.

Qualifications

• Two years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisor role.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Hospitality housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience serving guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weights.
• English and Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of room attendants and public area attendants.
• Ensure rooms and public spaces meet L’Auberge Del Mar standards.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to maintain clean, hazard-free stays.
• Provide training, coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and guest satisfaction goals.
