You will develop marketing strategies, manage staff development, control budgets, partner with PR, and ensure operations support the hotel's business objectives. The position is full-time, with a salary range of $101,100 to $140,000 per year USD, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years upper management experience in Spa or related field.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead short and long-term strategic planning of the Spa facility, including marketing and financial oversight.
• Manage budgeting, capital improvements, and safety programs for the spa.
• Develop staff through training and performance initiatives to align with hotel objectives.
• Collaborate with Public Relations on promotions and media to grow spa market share.
